Step 1.
Open the Email Settings on your BlackBerry home screen.
Step 2.
Select Accounts then select Email, Calendar and Contacts.
Step 3.
Enter your email address then select Next. You will be prompted to enter the password for your email address then select Next.
Step 4.
Your device will be looking for a connection, when you get to the next screen click Done.
On some BlackBerry models you may get a message stating that the wizard is not able to configure the account. To configure the account follow these steps:

When prompted, select I will provide the settings to add this email account then click Next.
Step 6.
Select Internet Service Provider Email (POP/IMAP). Then select Provide the Settings.
Step 7.
Enter your email address next to username followed by the password for your email address. Under Email Server enter mail.yourdomain.tld (ex: mail.examplesetup.ca)
Step 8.
Click Ok.
