This is normal. If you just changed your DNS settings and your email is not working yet, or your website has not updated, it will take a few hours before everything is working the way you need it to be.
Propagation Times for DNS Updates
When you make changes to your DNS settings, the time it takes for those updates to fully propagate can vary:
Nameserver changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate worldwide, though in most cases you’ll see the updates reflected within 6–11 hours.
Advanced DNS changes (such as A records, CNAMEs, or MX records) are usually much faster, typically taking 1–2 hours to update.
