Before starting your domain transfer, please make sure your domain is unlocked and that you have the authorization (EPP) code. If you’re not sure how to get these, contact your current registrar for assistance. To transfer your domain to Rebel, you’ll first need a Rebel account. If you already have one, you can skip ahead to Step 2.

In this article, we will cover a regular transfer, where to find your transfer manager and how to bulk transfer, for when you want to transfer multiple domains at the same time:
How to transfer your domain:
Step 1.
Go to the Rebel website and click "Sign In/up" in the top-right corner. You will then be able to fill in the fields with your credentials to make an account. Please follow the steps in this article for additional information: How do I create an account with Rebel?
Step 2.
Log in to your Rebel account, select "Products" in the top left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Transfer”. Please select this.
Step 3.
A search bar will appear, and this is where you will need to enter the domain you wish to transfer into your Rebel account. Then click the "Transfer" button on the right-hand side.
Step 4.
Enter the authorization code provided by your current registrar in the “Enter code” field. Please ensure the domain is unlocked and that the correct code is entered. Once completed, select “Add to cart.”
Step 5.
The domain you’re transferring will be added to your cart in the top-right corner. When you’re ready to complete the purchase, select the cart icon.
Step 6.
Once you’ve verified that everything is correct, you can complete your order by selecting “Process Order” in the bottom-left corner.
Once your order has been processed, transfer times may vary depending on your domain’s TLD. In most cases, .ca domains are transferred within a day, while .com and most other domains typically take 5–7 days to complete the transfer.
Transfer Manager
Step 1.
Once the payment is processed, your domain will be added to our transfer queue and will appear in the Transfer Manager of your Rebel account, which you can find under "Products" and "Transfer".
Step 2.
You will see an option to "Review Transfers". Please select this.
Step 3.
Here you will be able to see all pending transfers. If you need to edit the auth code or cancel a transfer that is no longer needed, you will be able to do so here.
Most domain transfers should be complete within 5 days, depending on your current registrar.
If you have records that have been specifically configured with your host, you will need to re-add them once the domain has been transferred. You can adjust records in your Advanced DNS Manager.
Bulk Transfer
If you would like to transfer multiple domains at the same time, please follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, select "Products" in the top left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Transfer”. Please select this.
Step 2.
From there, you will be able to select "Bulk Transfer" on the right-hand side of the search bar.
Step 3.
From there, you can add your domains either by typing them in manually or by importing a file containing the domain names. Once the domains are added, select “Check Availability” in the lower-right corner.
Step 4.
You’ll then see a list of your domains, where you’ll need to enter the authorization code for each one. Once completed, select “Add to cart” on the right-hand side of each domain.
Step 5.
The domains you’re transferring will be added to your cart in the top-right corner. When you’re ready to complete the purchase, select the cart icon.
Step 6.
Once you’ve verified that everything is correct, you can complete your order by selecting “Process Order” in the bottom-left corner.
