If your website scan seems to be stuck when you first start using MarketGoo, don’t worry, it usually happens for a couple of simple reasons:
Your website isn’t available.
Make sure your site is live and working properly. If it was offline or had an issue when the scan started, fix the problem first, then reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you restart the scan.Your website is redirecting.
This doesn’t happen often, but if your site is sending a redirect during the scan, contact our support team for assistance.There was an error reading your homepage.
Sometimes the scan can’t read the homepage correctly when the site is added to the system. If your website is working fine now, contact our support team and we’ll restart the scan for you.
Tip: The system automatically retries every 24 hours, so in many cases the issue will resolve itself within a few hours.
