In order to update your account's contact information please follow these steps:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "My Account" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Personal Info”. Please select this.
Step 2.
Here you will see to sections with your information. Depending on if you want to personal details, or your user details. Please select the "Edit" option in the top right of either section.
Step 3.
For Personal details you will be able to edit the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Primary Email Address
- Alternate Email Address
- Phone Number
- Country, Province/State, and City
- Street Address
- Postal Code
- Company Name
Once you have updated the necessary information, you will have to click "Save Changes".
If you are editing your user details, this will allow you to update the following:
- User Login (This will have to be a valid email that is not being used for any other Rebel account)
- First Name and Last name
Once these are updated you will be able to select "Save Changes".

Note: The information provided is used to verify your account when contacting support. Your first and last name will be referenced in invoices and email communications. The primary email address will serve as the destination for billing notices. While the phone number on file will be used for account verification and/or two-factor authentication (unless updated).
