For security reasons, we are only able to provide the login information by email to an address currently listed in our records for the account owner. To change your primary email address on file, follow the steps below.
I have access to my account and can log in to change my email address:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "My Account" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Personal Info”. Please select this.
Step 2.
Here you will see to sections with your information. Please select the "Edit button" to the right of Personal Details.
Step 3.
A pop up will appear, where you are able to edit your primary or alternate email on account. Once you have updated the necessary information, you will have to click "Save Changes".
I no longer have access to the primary email listed on my account. How do I change it?
If you no longer have access to your email address, or if an invalid email address was provided when creating your account, you can submit our Change of Contact form to update the email address on file for your account.
Please complete the form, scan and email it to our support team. If you don't have access to a scanner (who has a scanner anymore?) you can take a photo of the form with your phone and email it to us.
Please ensure that you complete all the necessary steps listed on the change of email address form and we will process your request within two business days.
