Rebel no longer offers Weebly hosting for new setups. This means you are unable to add Weebly hosting to a domain that doesn’t already have it connected. You will have to go through Weebly directly. 

If you currently have an active Weebly site, you can continue to use and manage it as usual. However, new Weebly packages are no longer being offered or added to domains.
