Step 2.
Here you will see all of your hosting packages listed. For the one you want to access, select the purple "Control Panel" button. This will lead you to the Plesk interface.
Step 3.
On the left side menu, you will see the option that states "Statistics", select this option.
Step 4.
There you will be able to see your disk space and traffic.
We have designed our hosting packages to provide you with sufficient bandwidth and disk space limits. It is rare that these limits are exceeded; however, if you notice you are going over your threshold, there are steps you can take to rectify this issue.
Please note: If you go over your designated disk space, your package will be suspended until it is brought back down.
If you've experienced an overage and you're not sure why, please contact us, and our team will be happy to look into it. Overages can sometimes be caused by malware or other unwelcome sources, and we can quickly help you identify if this is the case. Overages can also be caused by having too many emails still on the server; simply deleting these emails will free up a lot of disk space and prevent you from being charged overage fees.
This article is for our Hosting with Plesk (Personal, Start-up, and Business packages). If you currently have a classic package hosting package, we recommend migrating, as we no longer offer those products. Please contact our migrations team, and we will be happy to upgrade your package free of charge.
