What is Whitelisting?
Whitelisting an email address ensures that messages from that sender will always be delivered to your inbox and never end up in your spam or junk folder. This is useful if legitimate emails are mistakenly being marked as spam.
What is Blocking?
Blocking an email address prevents messages from that sender from reaching your inbox altogether. With Rebel Cloud Email, you can use the Access List feature to block unwanted contacts.
Step 1
Log in to your webmail at mail.rebel.ca using your email and email account password.
Step 2
Click on the Settings icon on the top right-hand corner and select "All Settings".
Step 3
In the left-hand menu, click on "mail". Scroll down to where it shows "Access Lists" and then click on the arrow to show further information.
Step 4
Here you will see the option to "Add a new address" to either your Allowlist or blocklist. Once you have added the corresponding email, you can click "Add" and the address will be added to your allowlist or blocklist.
Note: To remove an email address from the chosen list, you are able to select the trash bin on the right-hand side of the address.
