To enable or disable virus scanning for your hosted email please follow these steps:
Step 1.
Login to your Rebel account and click "Products" on the left hand side, in the top toolbar, you will see "Website Builder" please select this.
Step 2.
Click the purple button that reads "Control Panel". This will open the Hosting OS in a new tab.
Step 3.
Under Sections click "Email" then "Show Accounts". Next to your email address click "Options".
Step 4.
Click "Virus Protection" then click "Enable" (or Disable).
