To manage the spam filter settings for your email address, please follow the steps below.
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Hosting. Please select this.
Step 2.
Here you will see all of your hosting packages listed. For the one you want to access, select the purple "Control Panel" button. This will lead you to the Plesk interface.
Step 3.
In your control panel, on the left-hand side menu, there will be an "Email" section. Click this to display a drop-down. Here, you will click "Show Accounts".
For certain accounts, you may have to go under the section "Administration Tools" first and then click "Email Accounts."
Step 4.
Next to your email address, click "Options".
Step 5.
Under Spam Filters, click "Enable".
Step 6.
You can select your levels for spam detection and delivery in the drop-down provided. When you are finished, click "Update".
Within this section, you can also whitelist and black list specific email addresses. For more information, please review the section detailing the Rules on adding entries to white/black lists.
