To delete a contact from your Contact Manager, you'll first want to ensure it is not associated with any domains. If it is not associated with any domains, please follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Domain Contacts. Please select this.
Step 2.
For the chosen contact, click the down arrow to the right of the green "View" button.
Step 3.
Click "Delete".
To delete your contacts in the Contact Manager that are associated with domains, you will need to find out which domains are associated to the contact(s) you would like to delete and then change and delete the old contact. To accomplish this, please follow the steps below.
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, select “My Account” in the top right corner, then from the drop-down menu, click “Contact Manager”.
Step 2.
For the contact you want to view. You can click "Actions", and in the drop-down menu, you are able to click "View associated domains".
Step 3.
A page will appear with all the domains that the contact is associated with. If you want to delete the contact, you will need to remove or edit it so it is no longer associated with any of the domains in your account.
