If your domain appears to be paused or on hold and is no longer resolving, this could mean that your domain has expired or entered the Redemption Grace Period (RGP). 

Expired Domain

If your domain has expired and is still available for regular renewal, complete the required payment to renew the domain. Once renewed, allow time for the domain and DNS to begin resolving again.

Domain in Redemption Grace Period (RGP)

If your domain has entered the Redemption Grace Period (RGP), payment is required to recover the domain.

RGP recovery is processed manually and can take up to 1-2 business day.

If your domain is not expired or in Redemption Grace Period, review your domain's nameserver and DNS settings to make sure they are configured correctly.
