Overview
Our Quick Renew tool is designed to allow fast, convenient domain and service renewals without requiring full account navigation. However, you may occasionally encounter an unexpected error, a frozen page, or a failed transaction screen while attempting to renew your services.
If you experience any issues or errors when using our Quick Renew function, follow the quick self-service troubleshooting steps below to resolve common browser caching conflicts. If the issue persists after troubleshooting, direct support assistance will be required to process your renewal safely before service interruption occurs.
Self-Service Troubleshooting Steps
Before reaching out to support, you can resolve most web session and caching glitches by testing in an isolated browser environment:
Step 1: Open an Incognito / Private Browsing Window
An Incognito window disables browser extensions, bypasses stored cookies, and prevents stale cached data from interfering with the Quick Renew checkout workflow.
Open your browser:
Chrome / Edge / Firefox: Press
Ctrl + Shift + N(Windows) orCmd + Shift + N(Mac).Safari: Press
Cmd + Shift + N(Mac).
Navigate directly to the Quick Renew page.
Enter your domain name or invoice details and attempt the renewal again.
Step 2: Use a New Browser or Clear Cache
If the issue resolves in Incognito mode, clear your primary browser's cache and temporary internet files (Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows or Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac), or complete your transaction using an entirely different web browser.
When to Contact Live Support
If you have tried using an Incognito tab to reload the page and the Quick Renew error persists, a Live Support Specialist is required to complete your renewal manually.
