If you would like to view or print your bill, please follow these steps:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "My Account" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Billing History”. Please select this.
Step 2.
The page will show your most recent invoices. It will present the invoice number, the date the invoice was issued, the payment amount, and whether the invoice has been paid or not. On the right-hand side of this information, you can select "Download" to see the full invoice and the breakdown of the payments.
In the upper right of this page, you will be able to choose between one, three and six months for your display. In addition, if you would like to save a copy of your invoices, you are able to select "Export a CSV" and it will download your invoices in one CSV file.
At the top, there is also a search bar. Here, you are able to search for the intended invoice by price or invoice number.
Step 3.
If you’re looking for an invoice from a specific day or time period, use the date filters in the upper-left side. You’ll see two fields labelled “From date” and “To date.” Click either one to open the calendar and select the range of dates you’d like. The system will then display only the invoices that fall within that timeframe.
Step 4.
To print your invoice, click the “Download” button mentioned above. This will automatically download a PDF version of the invoice to your computer, which you can then open and print with your computer's normal commands.
Note: Copies of your invoices and billing notifications are also sent to the primary email address associated with your account.
