Overview
If your Weebly website is showing a blank page, failing to load, or displaying connection errors (such as "Page Cannot Be Found" or DNS loading errors, account based in country no longer served error), the issue is almost always tied to DNS routing, domain mapping, or server-side Weebly settings.
How this issue is resolved depends on where your domain's DNS records (Name Servers) are currently managed.
How to Resolve Page Loading Issues
1. If Your DNS Is Managed by Us
If your domain uses our default Name Servers and your DNS records are managed within your account dashboard with us:
Action: Please reach out directly to our Live Support team.
Specialist Action: A technical support agent will review your domain's DNS zone file, verify your A-records and CNAME entries for Weebly, and ensure proper domain binding.
2. If Your DNS Is Managed Externally / Third-Party (Weebly Direct)
If your domain is pointed to Weebly's external Name Servers or your DNS is managed directly within your Weebly account dashboard:
Action: Please contact Weebly Support directly.
Why: When DNS and hosting are managed externally by Weebly, our support team does not have administrative access to inspect or modify your Weebly server configurations or external DNS zone files.
What to Check Before Contacting Support
To help resolve the issue quickly when reaching out:
Verify Your Domain Status: Ensure your domain registration is active and has not expired.
Check for Recent DNS Changes: If you updated Name Servers or A-records within the last 24 to 48 hours, allow time for global DNS propagation to complete.
Test in Incognito Mode: Clear your browser cache or test in a Private/Incognito window to rule out local browser caching issues.
