Rebel Vibe uses credits when the AI creates or edits your website. The number of credits used depends on the size and complexity of your request. A small text change uses fewer credits than a larger update across several pages.
Credits are not the same as edits. One request may use different amounts of credits depending on the work involved.
This article will cover the following:
- Where can I find my credits?
- How many credits are included?
- What uses credits?
- What happens if I don’t have enough credits?
- Can I buy more credits?
- When do top-up credits expire?
- How can I make the most of my credits?
Where can I find my credits?
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Website Builder”. Please select this.
Step 2.
To edit a website or check its credits, click "Edit site" in the upper-right corner of the website you want to open.
Step 3.
At the top of the chat box, you will see an option that says "Packages & Credits" please click on this to enlarge the section
Here you are able to see the following:
- Package name and status: Your current plan and whether it is active.
- Renewal date: When your subscription renews.
- Credits: How many subscription credits you’ve used out of your allowance, with your remaining balance shown on the right.
- Sites: How many website slots you’ve used out of your plan’s limit, with the number of available slots shown on the right.
- Top-up options: Your remaining purchased top-up credits and their expiry date. (This will show as zero if you have not purchased any)
- Cancel: Allows you to cancel your subscription.
- Packages and credits: Allows you to view package options and purchase additional credits.
How many credits are included?
Each Rebel Vibe package includes a credit allowance, as shown in the table below.
| Plan | Included credits | Websites |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 edit credits | 1 |
| Tier 1 | 200 credits per month | 1 |
| Tier 2 | 600 credits per month | Up to 5 |
If you need more credits, you can purchase a one-time top-up of credits without changing your package. Top-ups do not renew automatically, and your subscription credits are used before your top-up credits.
What uses credits?
Requests that ask the AI to build or change your website use credits. These include:
- Creating your initial website.
- Changing text, images or colours.
- Adding pages or sections.
- Adjusting layouts.
- Making changes across multiple pages.
There isn’t a fixed number of edits you can make with your balance. How far your credits go depends on what you ask the builder to do.
What happens if I don’t have enough credits?
If a request is too large for your remaining balance, the builder will let you know. You can request a smaller change or purchase additional credits through Packages and Credits.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. You can purchase one-time top-up credits without changing your subscription. This is a non-recurring purchase.
Your subscription credits are used first, followed by your top-up credits. Please see the following steps on how to top up your credits.
Step 1
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Website Builder”. Please select this.
Step 2.
To edit a website or check its credits, click "Edit site" in the upper-right corner of the website you want to open.
Step 3.
At the top of the chat box, you will see an option that says "Packages & Credits" please click on this to enlarge the section
Step 4.
In the lower right-hand side, click "Packages and credits".
Step 5.
Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and find Top-up options. There, you will see an option to drop down. Select this.
Step 6
In the drop-down, select the option that fits best with what you need.
Step 7
Once selected, you are able to confirm the purchase by clicking "Confirm" in the bottom right corner. You will be charged for the amount shown, and you can find your invoice within your billing history.
When do top-up credits expire?
Unused top-up credits expire one year after purchase.
If you buy another top-up while you still have top-up credits remaining, the balances are combined. The expiry date for the combined balance is extended to one year after your latest top-up purchase.
How can I make the most of my credits?
Give clear instructions about what you want changed and where. Mention anything you want the builder to keep so it has a better understanding of your request.
If you want to undo a change, use History to restore an earlier version rather than asking the AI to change it back. Sending another edit request uses additional credits.
Review each result before requesting further changes.
