Congratulations on securing your registry premium domain! Registry premium domains are high-value TLDs (such as .science, .club, or .store) that are priced higher by the central registry due to their strong keyword value and marketability.

Because these domains are new registrations that require specialized authorization payloads at the registry level, our team handles the registration manually to ensure your domain is secured smoothly and correctly.

The Post-Purchase Process: Step-by-Step

1. Queue Routing & Expedited Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue:
  • Standard Queue: Our operations team automatically processes requests in the order they are received.

  • Fast-Track Processing: If you would like to expedite the setup immediately, reach out to our Support Team via phone, live chat, or email. Please provide your Invoice Number and the Domain Name so our agents can locate your order and route it directly to our manual processing team.

2. Written Confirmation of Terms (Required)

Because registry premium domains involve binding registry fees and non-standard pricing tiers, we require written confirmation before we submit the registration to the central registry.

Our manual processing team will send you an email requiring your explicit agreement to the following terms:
Important Policy Notice:
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once the manual registration request is submitted to the central registry to secure your domain, acquisition costs are immediately committed and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Final Sale: Due to central registry policies, premium domain registrations cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once processed.

  • Renewal Rates: Registry premium domains renew annually at a premium rate set by the registry, which may or may not differ from the initial purchase price.
Action Required: You must reply directly to that email to confirm your agreement. For security and compliance, this confirmation must be in writing via email and cannot be accepted verbally over a phone call or chat.

3. Manual Registration & Same-Day Activation

Unlike aftermarket domains that require moving between registrars, registry premium domains do not have a prior registrar or owner tied to them:
  • No Transfer Waiting Period: Because this is a direct brand-new registration rather than a transfer, there is no 5-day pending transfer delay.

  • Same-Day Completion: Once we receive your written email confirmation, our team will manually register the domain directly with the registry and activate it in your Rebel account on the same day.

  • Completion Notification: Our team will send a final email confirmation as soon as the domain status is set to Active, allowing you to immediately start managing DNS, setting up email, or launching your website!
