If you need to move a website or web hosting package from your current Rebel.ca account to a different Rebel.ca account, this process requires authorized verification to ensure account security.

Because hosting migrations involve shifting account management, billing, and server access, the transfer must be requested via email by the original account owner.

How to Request an Account-to-Account Hosting Migration

To request moving your web hosting package to another Rebel.ca account:

1. Send Email from Registered Address: Using the email address linked to the source Rebel.ca account, draft an email.

2. Send to Support Team: Address your message to service@rebel.ca.

3. Provide Transfer Information: Be sure to include:

   • The Domain Name associated with the hosting package being moved.

   • The Destination Account or primary email address of the receiving Rebel.ca account.

   • Explicit confirmation requesting the move of the hosting package to the specified account.
