Adding someone as an Administrative or Technical Contact for a domain does not give them access to your account.

Administrative and Technical Contacts do not receive an invitation to access your account, and assigning these contact roles does not provide account management permissions.

Only the account holder can log in to and access the account.

If you have a hosting package, you may be able to provide another user with separate access to the hosting control panel. However, this does not provide access to your main account.

Note: When an authorization code (Auth/EPP code) is requested for a domain, the code is sent to the email address listed for the Administrative Contact.
